Cobalt 27 to change financial reporting year end
Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. (TSXV: KBLT; FSE: 27O) wishes to announce that it has changed its financial year end from April 30th to December 31st to better align its financial reporting with that of comparable companies within the mining and commodities sector. The annual financial statements for the newly adopted fiscal year end will be for the eight months ended December 31, 2017 and will be filed within 120 days of the year end.
